Catering to the Orthodox Jewish community, Nir Etzion maintains Glatt Mehadrin kosher standards, making it an ideal destination for guests seeking quality hospitality in an environment that caters to their religious needs.

Nir Etzion maintains year-round Glatt LeMehadrin certification under Rav Moshe Nachshoni and Rabbi Ronen Lubitch. At Pesach it is non-gebrochts, non-kitniyos with Shmurah Matzah only. The hechsherim they use for meat and poultry are: Badatz Eida Chareidis or Rav Landau.

Rabbi Daniel Travis is the Rosh Kollel of Kollel Toras Chaim in Jerusalem and a well-known author and lecturer. He has written numerous sefarim on halacha, prayer, and Jewish ethics.

Rabbi Motty Berger is a senior lecturer at Aish and a prominent Jewish philosophy educator. He studied at Loyola University and received rabbinic ordination from Ner Israel Rabbinical College, and is known for his work in Jewish outreach and philosophy.

Rabbi Dovid Kaplan is a senior lecturer at Ohr Somayach in Jerusalem, as well as an author and kiruv educator. He is especially known for his inspirational stories, humor, and books on Jewish life, parenting, and personal growth.

Rabbi Yehoshua Pfeffer is a rabbi, former dayan, lawyer, and educator based in Jerusalem. He is the rabbi of Ohr Chadash, founder and editor-in-chief of Tzarich Iyun, and teaches at Hebrew University.
